1. Right of withdrawal and Complaints

1.1 Gympower offers a 14-day right of withdrawal and customer satisfaction guarantee. The time for the right of withdrawal begins when you receive the item. Customer satisfaction guarantee means that you can return the product if you are not satisfied. You have 14 days to use the guarantee. In case of return, we will refund you the full amount when we have received the item. The consumer is responsible for the return cost.

For the right of withdrawal and customer satisfaction guarantee to apply, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Any reduction in value of the product due to careless unpacking may be added if you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the product or associated part is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right to cancel.

1.2 Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed the fault or should have noticed it. If you advertise within two months, it is always considered within a reasonable time.

1.3 We handle exchanges as a return and a new purchase; you send back the product you don't want to keep and simply order a new one via our website. If there is a fault with the item, you can contact customer service. If the complaint is approved, the refund will be made within 30 days.

1.4 We the company strive to pay back within 48 hours.

1.5 When reimbursing the words, Gympower reserves the right to deduct any reduction in value of the goods due to the Customer handling the goods carelessly.
